Brock Gilbert earns UCC RiverHawk Athlete of the Week for his performance at the Shoreline Crossover. He scored in double digits in all three games over the three day tournament, recorded two double-doubles, a career-high and tournament-high in steals, and a season-high in points. In the first game he scored 15 points (season-high), dished out 13 assists, had 7 steals (career-high), and grabbed 6 rebounds. In the second game he scored 12 points, dished out 12 assists, and grabbed 5 rebounds. In the third and final game of the week, he scored 14 points, dished out 9 assists, and snagged 4 rebounds.
He is 1st in the NWAC in Assists/Game with 11.4, having 148 on the season.
He was also named MVP of the Shoreline Crossover Tournament.
