RiverHawks Soar Passed Multnomah University JV

The UCC Men's Basketball team, who are now 6-0, continue their successful start to the season by going 128-72 against Multnomah University JV.

All 13 players for the Hawks scored 5 or more points, with 5 of them going into double digits. Leading in scoring for the game was Akoi Yuot with 27 points, and he was followed by Cody Fredrickson with 15, Tanner Quinton with 13, Spencer Campbell with 4, and Isaac Lungren with 10. Yuot was 12 for 13 in field goals, and 2-2 from the 3 point line. Brock Gilbert once again led the team with 14 assists. The Hawks out-rebounded the Lions 61-14, with guards Brock Gilbert and Ben Perry leading the team with 9 a piece.

The Hawks are slated to play in the Lane CC Dale Bates Tournament in Eugene on Friday, December 6th through Sunday, December 8th. They will face Multnomah again at this tournament, as well as South Puget Sound and Olympic College. The next home game will be Saturday, December 14th at 2:00pm against Grays Harbor.
