Umpqua Community College Head Softball Coach, Jami Strinz has selected Steve Williams to serve as an Assistant Coach on her staff. 

RiverHawk Softball will open play for the first time in school history during the 2024-25 academic year, joining the Northwest Atheltic Conference in the highly competitive South Division.

Williams, a native of Roseburg, OR will oversee player development for the RiverHawk Softball program. He brings a wealth of knowledge specific to the areas of hitting, pitching and infield. His ability to share his Softball IQ will be tremendous asset to the UCC Softball program. 

Steve currently resides in Roseburg, OR where he has raised his two adult children, Jordan and Peyton.  He and his partner Jami Strinz live together with their daughter, Sari.
