The RiverHawks played the Grays Harbor Chokers on Saturday, November 23rd, and came through with a 96-27 win. Leading the first quarter with 33 to 5 by holding Grays Harbor off from scoring until 3:21 left on the clock.
7 Hawks scored double digits with Cielo Gonzalez leading with 17. Followed by Hunter Boske (with 4 made 3-pointers), Maya Van Hook, and Hannah McKinney with 12 each; Sienna Riggle and Darian Mitchell had 11 a piece; and Mariam Yaro with 10.
Yaro led with 7 rebounds, while Grace Campbell, Sienna Riggle, Paulina Finn, and Hannah McKinney each had 6.
The team also forced the Chokers to 25 team turnovers.
The Hawks are slated to play Friday, November 29th through Sunday, November 30th at the Clackamas CC Thanksgiving Tournament against Southwestern Oregon CC, Centralia College, and Whatcom CC.
