From Newport Oregon, Jesse graduated from Newport High School in 2017. A 3 sport athlete in High School Wagner played Baseball, Football and he Wrestled. Jesse was awarded with 2nd team in Football twice and awarded with Honorable mention and 2nd team for Baseball.
