The Umpqua Community College Women's Wrestling team is making a historic trip to the WCWA National Wrestling Championships in Marietta, Georgia.
Head Coach Asia DeWeese will be taking freshman Esthela Trevino (Houston, Texas), Jordyn White (Stockton, California) and Mariah Annis (Springfield, Oregon). Wrestling will begin on Friday, February 8th and the Championship round will complete on Saturday February 9th. The tournament is hosted by Life University.
This will be the first time Umpqua Community College has competed at the national tournament for women's wrestling in school history.
