National Champion and 4-Time State Champion Joins RiverHawk Wrestling

The Umpqua Community College Women's Wrestling program is excited to announce the signing of Sarah Conner, from Central Linn High School, in Halsey, Oregon.

Conner is one of the most decorated wrestlers in Oregon High School girl's wrestling history. She is a 4-Time Collegiate-Style State Champion, she is a 3-Time Triple Crown Winner (Collegiate, Freestyle and Greco State Champion), 3-Time Fargo All-American, 2-Time Reno Worlds Champion, 2017 Cadet National Champion and the 2017-18 Oregon Women's Wrestler of the Year.

In addition, she was also a runner-up at Reno Worlds Championship, a 7th place finisher at the 2018 World Team Trials, and has never lost an Oregon High School Girls wrestling match, finishing her career at 41-0.

Conner joins signees Tayah Baysped, (Stockton, Ca.), Jaesa Ruchti and Haley Rodolf (Pleasant Hill, Or.) in the 2019-20 RiverHawk class.
