Sheldon is a graduate of Kotzebue High School in Kotzebue AK where she was a multi-sport athlete participatiing in cross-country, wrestling, and cheer. 

In her high school career Sheldon was a two time individual state champion in 2014 and 2015.  She also participates on the Riverhawk's women's wrestling team and is interested in the school's nursing program.
