Most Memorable Athletic Moment: The 4x400m relay in high school, my sophomore year. It was a night race, the moon was bright and the weather was great, perfect temp. My captain and I were the only distance runners on the relay, and it was after I finished the 800m. We were in fourth place through the first two legs, then my captain got the baton and caught two people and we just needed to catch one more person. The baton was passed to me and I hawked that guy down for the first 200m, then I had to maintain the lead for the last 150m, and dang, I never heard a crowd go more wild than that day when I crossed the finish line.
