Weerheim’s wrestling career began at the age of 4 and he has been extremely involved with this sport ever since.

He competed for multiple state championships as a kid in Freestyle, Greco and Folkstyle bouncing from Idaho, Utah and Wyoming.

• Weerheim graduated from Preston High School in 2007 and was a 4X State Placer and a State Champion.
• Earned first All American status in 2005 at the Folkstyle National Championships in Iowa.

• Greco Roman All American 2009 Fila Juniors
• NAIA All American – Montana State University Northern

Earned Bachelors degree in Health and Physical Education.

Coaching Accomplishments:

• Graduate assistant at Montana State University Northern (2012/13 season) – Team finished 3^rd in the NAIA National Tournament
• 6 years at David Douglas High School in Portland, Oregon where he coached 18 State placers, 6 State Finalists and 2 State Champions.
• Best team finishes 6^th – 5^th – 4^th
