The Umpqua Women's Wrestling and Cross Country programs are excited to announce the signing of Jaesa Ruchti of Pleasant Hill High School in Pleasant Hill, Oregon.
On the mat, Ruchti finished her senior campaign with a 16-1 record, winning the Cottage Grove Invitational and the Junction City Invitational, while getting 4th in the Oregon Classic. She placed 1st in the Oregon Cultural Exchange meet. She will be a member of the Fargo National Team member and will be participating in the Reno Worlds Tournament.
As a Track and Cross Country athlete, she has a personal best of 11:53 in the 3000m and 5:07 in the 1500m. She is a 5-time state placer in various track events at the OSAA State Championship and has a 20:27 personal best in the 5000m
