The Riverhawk Obstacle Course Racing team travelled down to Sacramento California this past weekend to compete in the November 3^rd Spartan Sprint race.

For the Riverhawks, Boone Pearson, Kyle Hansen and Mykenzie Brennan all finished in the Top 10 for their age groups in the Spartan Sprint. Pearson placed 6^th in his age group and 46^th for all male racer's, Hansen placed 3^rd in his age group and 52^nd for all male racer's and Brennan finished 4^th in her age group and 35^th out of all the women's racers. There were over 1200 racers in the weekend event. 

This is the first time that any RiverHawk has finished in the Top 3 at a Spartan race and the Spartan Series ends the fall portion of the RiverHawk season. OCR will continue with competition after winter break in the spring of 2019.
