UCC Men's wrestling is pleased to announce the signing of Hunter Hammer for the 2023-24 season!

Hunter Hammer of Logan, Utah (Mountain Crest High School) was a multi-sport athlete lettering in both football and wrestling. Hammer has been wrestling for 12 years and has ambition to keep it going at the college level. Some of the impressive finishes Hammer has include placing 8th at the Reno All Star Championships and 5th at the Rockwell Rumble. He is also a 3x State Placer finishing 3rd twice and ending up with a 2nd place finish his senior year. 

Director of Wrestling Anthony Weerheim says, " We are very excited about adding Hunter to our roster for this upcoming season. He is a very strong and athletic young man with a great mindset. We have no doubt that he will make a positive impact to our program."
