RiverHawk Baseball Adds Five

The Umpqua RiverHawk baseball team is excited to announce the signing of five players to join the recruiting class for the 2019-20 school year.

Joining the RiverHawks will be Dakota Bunn, a left-handed bat and out-fielder from Banks High School in Banks, Oregon. Bunn is an All-League player who batted .357 as a junior.

Mason Crowson is a District 3 All-Conference catcher from Junction City High School who will be playing his senior year at Churchill High School.

Brooks Stearns joins the RiverHawks as a two-time All-League player from Philomath High School in Philomath, Oregon.

Peyton Bracy plays 1st and 3rd and has been named Honorable Mention All-Conference on two occasions and 1st Team All-League, once. Bracy is from Eugene, Oregon and plays at Willamette High School.

Right-handed pitcher Connor Schneider is also joining the RiverHawk program. Schneider is from White Rock, British Columbia and preps at Earl Marriott Secondary School.

The five new RiverHawks join twelve others that have joined Coach Jeremiah Robbins' first class of the early signing period. The RiverHawks will begin play in the fall of 2019.
