Coach R.J. Mills is starting his first year as Head Coach of Esports during its inaugural season.  Coach Mills grew up in Roseburg and attended Roseburg High School.  While attending RHS, Mills competed in wrestling as well as forensics.  After RHS Mills went on to earn a BS in Chemistry at Oregon State University, where he began to play Esports competitively.  After spending more than a decade living in the Portland area and running several businesses, Coach Mills returned to Roseburg to start a new business venture and a family.  With roots in the Umpqua Valley, Coach Mills is looking forward to the opportunity of developing the Esports program at the college and promoting the sport within the region.
