Noah Retherford is the 18-year-old son of Kirk and April Retherford from Windfall, Indiana.  He began his obstacle course racing career at the age of 12 and quickly became obsessed.  He has won numerous races including placing 6^th at the age of 15 at the OCR World Championships in Canada and 3rd in his age group at the Spartan World Championships in 2018.  He has also had podium finishes at the North American Spartan Championships by coming in the top three for several years.  He is passionate about fitness and encouraging others.  He is very excited to leave flat Indiana and come to train on the rugged terrain Oregon has to offer and looking forward to joining RiverHawk OCR as well as the Cross Country team at UCC.
