Luttrell is a 2016 graduate of Roseburg High School where he competed in both golf and basketball. For his efforts, he was named Roseburg High School Co-MVP for basketball, as well as achieving Honorable Mention All-Conference in the OSAA 6A Southwest Conference.

Head RiverHawk Obstacle Course Racing Coach Andrea Bowden had this to say about the addition of Luttrell, “Hayden is a tremendous athlete and will transition very well into obstacle course racing. We are excited to add a talented, local athlete to our new program.”
