Umpqua Community College Obstacle Course Racing is excited to announce the signing of All-State football player Jacob Payne, from Camas Valley High School. Payne was an All-State selection on both offense and defense, and was chosen to play in the Shriners All-Star game. Payne was also a member of the Camas Valley Track and Field team.

Head Obstacle Course Racing Coach Andrea Bowden had this to say about the signing of Payne, "Jacob is an outstanding athlete who is new to obstacle course racing. He is tough, strong , fast and competitive, which will serve him very well as he grows in our sport."
