Carlie Arnold, a senior from Roseburg High School, OR, has signed with Umpqua Community College for the RiverHawks track and field team. "Carlie will focus on the sprints and be an asset to the relay teams," said Head Coach Alan King. Carlie is the daughter of Amy Sulffridge and Kirsten Arnold and intends on studying pre-nursing while at UCC. 

Lily Allen, a senior from Canyonville Christian High School, OR, has signed with Umpqua Community College for the RiverHawks track and field team. As a multiple sport athlete in high school, Lily shows great speed and versatility as an athlete. "Lily has been a state placer in the sprints and will continue to add some depth from the 100 through the 400," said Head Coach Alan King.
