Sarah Conner attended Central Linn High School, in Brownsville, Oregon, where she participated in Volleyball, Softball, Basketball, and Wrestling. She received her Varsity Letters for all sports she participated in. Her basketball team received 1st Team All State, her softball team also received 1st Team All State and for wrestling she was awarded the Tricia Sounders Highschool Excellence Award. For wrestling she is a 2x Reno Worlds Champion, Fargo Cadet National Champion, a 4x Oregon Collegiate State Champion and a 3x Oregon Triple Crown.
