Umpqua Community College Men's Wrestling Coach Kyle Temple is proud to announce the signing of local Roseburg product Logan Folsom for the 2019/2020 season. Logan is projected to wrestle 174 pounds for the RiverHawks next season. Logan was 5th in the 6A state in the 2018 season for the Roseburg Indians and finished as a State Runner-Up this season for the Indians.
"Logan brings a wealth of experience, grit, and drive to our program" said coach Temple. Logan suffered a torn ACL at the end of his junior year and battled all off-season to get himself healthy and ready for his senior year. Logan's determination to get back on the mat and to help his team win their record 6th consecutive team title was a huge draw for us as a program. He is the ultimate "team" competitor and has the drive to help raise the level of wrestling in the UCC program. We look forward to having Logan become part of the RiverHawk family and we are excited that we kept an outstanding talent like Logan in the local community.
