UCC Men's Wrestling head coach Kyle Temple has announced that Daniel Herinckx of Rogue River High School has committed to wrestling for the RiverHawks next season.Herinckx placed 4th at heavyweight in the 2018/2019 OSAA 2A State Championships.

Coach Temple had the following to say about Daniel Herinckx; "Daniel is a local product that will be coming to continue his education and wrestling with the RiverHawks next season. He has been filling his time during the COVID Pandemic traveling with Team Oregon to many out of state competitions helping him stay prepared for his senior season. Daniel's drive to seek out opportunities to compete during this pandemic shows a level of dedication to the sport needed to be successful at the college level. We look forward to adding Daniel to our program and keeping local Southern Oregon wrestlers in the Umpqua Valley."
