Sierra Paroz and Ally Winkler claimed all-tournament honors at our Columbia Basin Invitational for their outstanding performances this past weekend.
Sierra was a big contender on offense and defense with 64 kills (hitting .300), 57 digs, and 9 aces over 4 matches. Paroz also ended not one, but TWO matches with a double double.
Ally tallied 35 kills (hitting .272), 5 blocks and 24 digs over our 4 matches. Winkler was unstoppable during our 5 set thrilling win over Linfield earning 14 kills and hitting .308.
"Both of the girls did a great job this weekend. They both had their matches where no one could stop them. They both worked hard on following the game plan and finding the kill no matter the situation. Sierra worked just as hard on defense as she did at the net and Ally put up a great block as always, no one wanted to swing against her." says Coach Roberts.
