Umpqua Community College Women's wrestling traveled 15 to Hastings Nebraska to find some new competition.
The RiverHawks wrestled in a two duals on Friday winning both duals.
Umpqua vs. Friends University 31-5
Umpqua vs. Hastings 26-20

The RiverHawks then competed in an open tournament the following day with 16 other teams from around the county. Representing extremely well with 1 Champion Victoria Baez. Zoey Smalley, Autumn Perez and Faith Wooley all finished out in 2nd place. Zainab Ibrahim 3rd - Leila Sidhu 4th - Brisa Salas, Destinee Harris and Gracy Jones finishing 8th.

Next week the RiverHawks will be off to Redmond, OR to compete in the Oregon Classic Wrestling Championships.
