Umpqua Community College Women's Wrestling is excited to announce the signing of Dreannah Smith Fresno, California for the 2023-2024 season.

Dreannah attended Clovis East high school and has already shown much success on the wrestling mat. She started wrestling in the 4th grade and has been extremely passionate ever since.

In her high school years, Dreannah is a 2X League champion - 2X Masters champion - 2X State Qualifier and 2X top 12 finisher along with a 5th place finish at the 2022 CIF State Tournament.

Director of Wrestling Anthony Weerheim had this to say about the signing of Dreannah, "Dreannah is a very skilled and talented wrestler with many attributes that fit into our style of wrestling. We are extremely excited to see Dreannah's growth and how she can impact our program."

Women's Wrestling coach Matt Barrett had this to say about Dreannah, "I have had the opportunity to watch Dreannah wrestle at the high school level. She has already proven that she is very talented and driven, and I believe she has the potential to be very successful at the college level."
