Analise Miller from Bandon High School in Oregon has signed on to run with RiverHawk Cross Country and Track and Field. She will also be competing with the RiverHawk Women's Wrestling team.
Analise is quite the talented athlete and will make an immediate impact on our distance crew this fall. Analise has ran a personal best in the 5k for cross country at the District Championships to place 4th in a time of 20:20.9, then went on to finish 28th at OSAA State Championships. On the track, Analise has run 2:23.77 for 800m and 11:17.98 for 3000m. At the 2024 OSAA 2A State Championships, Analise finished 2nd in the 800m, 6th in the 3000m, anchored the 4x100m relay to 6th place, and anchored the 4x400m relay to 4th place. During her junior year, Analise anchored the 4x400m relay to an 8th place finish, she also placed 9th in the 400m, and 10th in high jump. During both her freshman and sophomore years, she helped anchor the 4x400m relay teams to 1st place finishes, making her a 2x State Champion.
We are very excited to have Analise join our programs and be able to compete with quite the range in the distance events and experience in the relays.
