Marshall Haswell from Days Creek High School in Oregon has committed to run both Cross Country and Track and Field for the RiverHawks.

Being a local athlete, Marshall will be able to start training with our distance crew all summer to prep for cross country season, and we are excited to see the growth he makes as he focuses on distance running. He has a lot of room to develop and improve and we look forward to having him join our crew. During Cross Country season, he finished 20th at the District Championships this past year. During the track season at District Championships, Marshall helped the 4x400m relay team finish 8th, he also finished 10th in the 300m hurdles, and 14th in the triple jump. As a sophomore, Marshall finished 8th at the District Championships in the 800m. Marshall has a great build for a distance runner, and will look to surprise people this fall!
