Jenna Anderson was the lone All-Region performer for the Umpqua RiverHawks, as she finished the Southern Region Championships with a time of 22:30, which was good enough for 6^th place overall in the women's 5k. Moira Sheldon the 2^nd RiverHawk to finish, with a time of 27:21, finishing in 24^th place. Bailey Payne was close behind in 27^th place with a time of 27:45 and Adrionna Taylor finished in 30^th place with a time of 28:50.

Treasure Valley Community College won's the women's title, being paced by Southern Region Champion Delia Deleon, who finished in 19:58. Clark College finished 2^nd, followed by Lane Community College and Southwestern Oregon Community College. Umpqua did not have enough runners complete the course to compile a team score.

Lyle Lee paced the RiverHawks in the men's 8k race with a 29^th place finish in 32:29. He was closely followed by Wayne Jaworski in 30^th place at 32:36 and Steele Leavey in 31^st place, finishing at 32:55. Isaiah Lepre finished in 34:02 for 38^th placed, followed by Grant Laiblin at 36:21 for 30^th place and Lance Bioy in 44:21 for 40^th place.

Lane Community College won the men's title, being led by sweeping the top 3 finishes. The Southern Region Champion was Michael Martin who finished in 25:56. Umpqua finished 6^th place overall, in the team standings.
