RiverHawk Cross Country Adds Roseburg Athlete

Umpqua Community College Women’s Cross Country is excited to announce the addition of Valorie Douthitt, from Roseburg, Oregon. Douhitt is 2016 graduate of Roseburg High School, where she competed in lacrosse for the Indians. Douthitt served as Team Captain for the women’s lacrosse program during her senior season.

Head RiverHawk Cross Country Coach CJ Kozlowski had this to say about the signing of Douthitt,” Valorie is a good athlete and will be a very good addition to our program. She enjoys running and has the ability to put in good miles during her training. She is going to surprise herself with her results this season. We are looking forward to her contributions”

The RiverHawk Cross Country team is returning to the Roseburg, Oregon campus and will begin competition in the fall of 2017.
