RiverHawks sign Kadence Soto to add to their 2024 roster.

Soto, from Scio High School, is a 4-year letter winner who was named one of Oregon's Top Setters in High School Volleyball in 2023 by High School FanNation. 

Throughout her high school career, Soto has received many accolades (shown below) to represent her skills and leadership on the court and in the classroom.
