RiverHawks Run Away Early, Snag Road Win

Umpqua Community College's women's basketball team used early runs, strong rebounding and improved defense to return from Portland Community College with a 74-51 victory over the Panthers. At the end of the first quarter, the RiverHawks lead 20-12 and the Panthers would never get any closer as Umpqua held Toni Dohora to just nine points for the game.
