Umpqua Community College Women's Wrestling is excited to announce the signing of Texas All-American, Esthela Trevino from Cypress, Texas.
Trevino placed 6th in the State of Texas as a sophomore and 3rd as a junior. She was 2nd in Texas Free-style State in 2017 and is a two-time All-American. She has wrested for Team Texas in 2016 and 2017. She finished her senior season at 24-0.
Head Coach Asia DeWeese had this to say about the signing of Trevino," Estela is very experienced and very talented. She adds very good depth to our lower weights. We are very fired up about what our wrestling room looks like and the talent that we are putting together."
