Norris had a personal best of 13.20 meters in the triple jump to finish 4th overall out of 14 competitors. He was the top junior college athlete and broke the school record in the event. He also competed in the 110 mter hurdles to finish 5th overall with a new personal best and another school record. He ranks third in the NWAC in the triple jump and fifth in the 110 meter hurdles.
