Congratulations to Kylie Rubrecht! She has officially signed to New Mexico State University to continue her javelin career.
Kylie has made quite a bit of progress while sporting RiverHawk green these last two years. In her first season she finished 7th at NWAC South Region Championships and 7th at NWAC Championships. In her second season she became the NWAC South Region Champion with her PR throw of 38.19m/125-3ft, and at the NWAC Championships she went from 8th to 3rd in her final throw to earn All-American honors! Kylie will leave UCC with a 4.0gpa and have the opportunity to follow her academic and career path in Fisheries Science.
Kylie is a true testament of how far hard work and dedication can take you both academically and athletically. We are thrilled to follow along with her continued progress these next couple of years at NMSU.
Once a RiverHawk, Always a RiverHawk!
